Very convenient location on the Olaya street with relatively easy access to key attractions. Bus 9 stops nearby which allows for cheap access to Masmak Forthress, Bus Station or Kingdom Tower (car access would also be very easy). Very kind personnel. Spacious, comfortable room. Good Internet connection, Lot of shops and restaurants nearby. Very quiet even if located on the main street.

The staff are very accomodating. They were very nice and let us extend our check out time for 3 hours without any additional payment. The room was very clean and smells great and it feels super comfortable.

I gave them a 10 because the staff were lovely and friendly, and very helpful, the room was huge, everything worked, the breakfast was varied and the location was as good as anywhere else in Riyadh downtown.

Great Hotel with helpful staff. We not only had a room but a specious apartment with a living room equipped with a kitchen area and a bedroom. It was super comfortable and we had a great stay. We could also use a very late check out (15:00) what was very convenient for us.
